Attorney Davis is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Mississippi since 1989, in addition to the United States District Courts for the State of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals (5th Circuit). He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, National Bar Association, the Magnolia Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a former member of the Mississippi Prosecutors Association, having served on it's Board of Directors from April 1998 through April 2000. In his community of Jefferson County, Mississippi, he has served as a Board Member of the Jefferson County Comprehensive Health Center, and completed "Leadership Jefferson" training in 2001.
